DTF File Fix
A person checks
your file for $2.
Same-Day File Fix is a real artwork review by someone who prints for a living — background boxes removed, low-res marks redrawn, hairlines thickened. Nothing reaches the printer until you have approved exactly what comes out.
Same-Day File Fix: $2 per design. Order before 2:00 PM Central for your proof by 6:00 PM Central the same day; otherwise it is ready by 6:00 PM Central the next production day (Monday to Saturday). Production follows artwork approval.
Want to work on it yourself?
Meet AI File Fix.
Upload your artwork, request a change and choose the version you want to prepare. AI actions use the displayed credit quote. The art-team service on this page remains a separate choice when you want a person to handle the file.

A real person reviews your file and fixes what needs fixing — $2 per design. Order before 2:00 PM Central for a same-day proof (6:00 PM Central), or expect it the next production day; production and delivery have their own timing.
Prefer we not touch it? Choose Print Exactly As Uploaded and we send your file through untouched.
Illustrated artwork checks

The problem
The logo came in at 220 px wide — pulled from a website — and was being stretched to an 11 inch front print. Edges would have printed soft and stair-stepped.
What we did
Redrew the mark as clean vector art at full print size, so every edge stays sharp at any scale.
What we fix
- Low-resolution logos pulled from a website or a screenshot
- White or colored background boxes that should be transparent
- Hairline strokes and small type that would drop out on fabric
- Wrong color mode, flattened layers, and stray artefacts
- Off-center or badly cropped placement
- Files that arrive in the wrong format entirely
What we can’t
- Invent detail that was never in the file — a 200 px logo has a ceiling
- Redraw someone else’s trademark or licensed character for you
- Design a logo from scratch (that’s the AI Design Studio)
- Guarantee an exact Pantone match from an RGB screenshot
We would rather tell you a file has a ceiling than quietly print something you will be unhappy with.

Questions worth asking.
What does Same-Day File Fix cost?
It is $2 per design. A real person opens your artwork and checks it against what the printer will actually do, then sends back a corrected file for your approval before anything prints.
How fast is Same-Day File Fix?
Your fixed proof is ready by 6:00 PM Central the same day when you order before 2:00 PM Central. Order after 2:00 PM Central, on a Sunday, or during an AMS closure, and it is ready by 6:00 PM Central the next production day (Monday to Saturday). Production starts once you approve the proof.
Will you print my file exactly as I uploaded it if I want?
Yes. Choose "Print Exactly As Uploaded" and we send it to the printer untouched. We will still flag anything that looks likely to cause a problem, but the decision stays yours.
Can you fix a logo I only have as a screenshot?
Usually. We redraw small or low-resolution marks as clean vector art so they hold up at full print size. Where the original is too degraded to recover faithfully, we tell you before charging anything.
How will I know what changed?
You get the corrected file back for approval before anything prints, so you can see the before and after side by side and ask for adjustments.
Does File Fix slow my order down?
Artwork must be ready and approved before production. Same-Day File Fix uses a 2:00 PM Central order cutoff: order before it on a production day and your proof is ready by 6:00 PM Central that day; otherwise (after the cutoff, on a Sunday, or during an AMS closure) it is ready by 6:00 PM Central the next production day, Monday to Saturday. Check production and delivery timing separately for your order.
