# Upload several designs and check their print sizes

Add PNG, JPG or WebP designs in one batch, set sizes and quantities, and review what goes onto your gang sheet.

## Start with your artwork files {#section-1}

1. **Step 1** Open the Gang Sheet Builder, choose Upload, and select several PNG, JPG/JPEG or WebP images. Selecting several files opens Bulk upload. You can also add more files inside the batch.

2. **Step 2** Wait for each file to finish uploading and checking. Every file becomes its own design; a failed file needs attention before it can be used.

3. **Step 3** Pick how each design should print: Print as uploaded, Fix with AI, or Same-Day File Fix. Check the affected design count before applying a choice to several designs.

4. **Step 4** Check each design’s width and height in inches and its copy quantity. Add another size when the same design needs more than one print size. When copying sizes to other designs, inspect each result because shapes differ.

5. **Step 5** Follow the next-step button to confirm sizes and complete any artwork review. Add the ready designs to the sheet, then inspect the sheet layout and final order details.

## Formats and limits {#section-2}

- Bulk upload accepts single-image PNG, JPG/JPEG and WebP files. Add PDF or SVG files one at a time using Upload.
- A batch holds up to 200 designs. The upload file limit is 100 MB; a file must contain visible, readable artwork.
- Preparation can resize a large image automatically. Review the prepared version at your intended print size; an upload’s pixel dimensions alone do not establish the quality of the prepared result.
- A preview does not establish print quality. Read small words, check edges and backgrounds, and confirm the intended physical dimensions.

> **Keep in mind** If you choose to add only the ready designs, the unfinished designs stay in the saved batch. They are not part of your sheet until you add them.
