It's a synthetic material engineered to respond to laser engraving, creating sharp, durable markings. Unlike genuine leather, it's water resistant, low-maintenance, and consistent in quality. It looks and feels like leather but resists wear from moisture and daily use.
The adhesive is designed for permanent application to fabric, uniforms, hats, and similar surfaces. For best results, apply to clean, dry fabric and press firmly. Adhesive performance depends on the surface texture and environmental conditions.
Laser engraving works well for bold text and clear line work. Very fine detail or thin lines may not engrave as crisply due to the material and process. Test with a proof or sample to confirm readability at your intended detail level.
