You agree to use our services lawfully and not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

Content and Materials

Educational materials, templates, and downloads are provided for informational and business use. You are responsible for your ad spend decisions and compliance with third-party platform rules.

Payments and Services

Paid services, where offered, are governed by agreed scope and pricing. Refund terms follow the specific offer terms presented at purchase or booking.

AMS Ordering in ChatGPT

AMS Ordering in ChatGPT helps you configure physical blank apparel, ready-art DTF transfers, and AMS-finished apparel. Shopping previews and garment mockups show placement and color choices; they are not a production proof. Production for a transfer or finished-apparel order proceeds only after the required current artwork review and approval. Prices and availability are confirmed by the AMS checkout before payment. An unpressed blank purchased beside a transfer remains a separate item; AMS does not press it unless an AMS-finished apparel service is selected. An optional image repair prepares artwork for a physical order and is not sold separately.

The AMS checkout shows available shipping or pickup choices, applicable charges, and taxes before payment. Production does not begin before final proof approval and any required file fix approval. Contact alex@amstransfers.com promptly to request an artwork change, cancellation, return, or refund. We review requests against the order's production and fulfillment status and the offer terms presented at purchase. Changes after proof approval may require a revised price or schedule and must be confirmed by AMS. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with the order number and details so we can review a remedy consistent with applicable law.

Campaign Store Owners

Campaign Store owner accounts are also governed by the versioned Campaign Store Owner Agreement.

Disclaimers

Services are provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee specific revenue, ROAS, traffic, or performance outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMS Transfers is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from use of the services.
