Laserable leatherette is a synthetic material engineered to mimic genuine leather's look and feel. It's water resistant, easy to clean, and designed specifically to accept laser engraving, which creates sharp, high-contrast marks on its textured surface.
This product supports laser engraving only, which creates contrast through material change. Full-color artwork won't render as intended—laser engraving works best with single-color, bold designs.
Your design should fit within 2.3" × 2.3". The patch itself is 2 1/2" (2.5") in diameter, so this gives a small margin to keep engraving crisp and centered.
These patches have adhesive backing for direct application to fabric, hats, or gear. Simply peel and stick to your desired surface.
