Each patch is 2.5" in diameter and 1.57mm thick. The recommended decoration area is 2.3" x 2.3", which allows a small margin for laser accuracy and finished appearance.
Kota Pro is a non-tacky heat-activated film that bonds when heat is applied. The adhesive is designed to provide strong attachment to fabric for patches intended for workwear and other applied uses.
