Generation, revision and preparation have their own credit quotes. Read the current quote before each action; do not assume an earlier quote, promotion or credit purchase starts the next step.
Credits pay for artwork actions. Physical transfers are priced separately. Staff File Fix has its own displayed price and artwork timing.
Match the status to the next action
| What happened | What to do |

| Not enough credits | Keep the upload and selected result. Review the balance and current quote. If you buy credits, return and explicitly choose the intended action again. |
| Generation or preparation still processing | Wait or recover the existing operation through the displayed controls. Do not open another copy to force duplicate work. |
| Service unavailable or an error | Keep the source and saved design. Follow the displayed message; ask support or choose staff help if needed. Do not assume every failed hold has automatically released. |
| Accepted candidate, preparation incomplete | Return to the same saved design and accepted candidate. Recheck the preparation status and quote before proceeding. |
| Unfinished batch | Use Continue your batch in the same session/account. Adding only ready designs leaves unfinished designs saved. |
